A full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
No refund, but we'll move you to any available date within 12 months, free of charge.
Unfortunately no refund or reschedule is available for cancellations under 24 hours before the tour.
If we cancel a tour — for example, in extreme weather — you'll receive a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice. We'll notify you by email and phone as soon as the decision is made.
